Bangladeshi Political Parties will be responsible for spreading the COVID-19 Omicron XBB.


After the fall of Sheikh Hasina's fascist regime, the other political parties became very active. Because, after sixteen years of authoritarian rule, all the political parties gained the space to conduct their activities. Every day, they hold showdowns, road meetings, public rallies, and the largest public meetings. Those are their political and constitutional rights. So, they can do it. However, the COVID-19 situation is deteriorating daily. The number of COVID-affected people is increasing every day, which is a significant threat to public health. However, the political parties seem to have no concern about it. They want power, nothing else. BNP has held many large public rallies in recent times. Another strong political party, the NCP, is also conducting a nationwide road march across Bangladesh. There is a high risk of spreading the coronavirus through these political programs.

This is the era of science and technology. The politicians of Bangladesh are adept at utilizing digital devices. They can conduct meetings to communicate with their supporters and volunteers using various apps, such as Zoom and Google Meet. On the other hand, they are polluting the beautiful city environment by posting on the street-side walls. This is disgusting. They can conduct their electoral campaign through online advertisements on social media. Social media campaigns will be more effective than the traditional poster and rally-based campaigns.

কোনো মানুষের ব্যাক্তিগত গোপনীয়তা লঙ্ঘন করে তার উপর গোয়েন্দাগিরি করা ইসলাম সমর্থিত কিনা?

  বর্তমান দুনিয়ার প্রত্যেকটি মানুষের ব্যাক্তিগত গোপনীয়তা রক্ষার অধিকারকে মৌলিক অধিকার হিসেবে স্বীকৃতি দেয়া হয়। সভ্য বিশ্বের প্রত্যেকটি রাষ্ট্র ও সমাজ প্রত্যেক মানুষের ব্যাক্তিগত গোপনীয়তা তথা প্রাইভেসিকে সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দেয়া হয়। অথচ কিছুদিন আগেও বিষয়টিকে দুনিয়ার মানুষ তেমন গুরুত্ব দিয়ে দেখতো না। আমাদের উপমহাদেশ বিশেষ করে আমাদের বাংলাদেশ অঞ্চলের অবস্থা তো ছিলো আরো ভয়াবহ। এখানে “ ব্যাক্তিগত ” বলতে কোনো শব্দই ছিলো না। বাংলাদেশের সমাজ হলো চুরান্ত কর্তৃত্ব পরায়ন ব্রাহ্মাণ্যবাদী সমাজ। তাই এখানে মানুষের পার্সোনাল স্পেইস বা ব্যাক্তিগত পরিমন্ডল বলতে কিছু ছিলো না। এখানে ব্যাক্তির প্রত্যেকটা জিনিশ চরম ভাবে সমাজ ও সমাজের মানুষ নজরদারী করতো। এমনকি কঠোর ভাবে তার প্রত্যেকটা কাজে হস্তক্ষেপ করতো। “ ব্যাক্তিগত গোপনীয়তা ” বলতে কিছু যে থাকতে পারে তা সে সময়ে মানুষের ধারণার বাইরে ছিলো। মানুষ ছিলো সমাজের মাতব্বরদের দ্বারা তৈরি করা মানব সৃষ্ট কৃত্তিম এক কাঠামোর দাস। মানুষের তৈরি উদ্ভট ও নিপীড়নমূলক নিয়মকানুনই মানুষকে মেনে চলতে হতো। এমনকি মানুষের পারিবারিক পরিমন্ডল বা ফ্যামেলি স্পেস বলতেও কিছু ছিলো না। পর...

আজ জীবনের ২৬টি বসন্ত পাড়ি দিয়ে এই সুন্দর জান্নাত সম স্থানে এসে যখন দাঁড়ালাম। তখন সত্যিই মনে হলো জীবনকে আমি উপভোগ করিনি। আমি শুধু দৌড়ে গেছি , ছুটে গেছি অবিরাম। জীবনকে আমি অনুভব করিনি। জীবন এতো সুন্দর হতে পারে তা আমার ধারণার বাইরে ছিলো। খোদার তৈরি দুনিয়ায় এতো রঙ , এতো রূপ , এতো আনন্দ , এতো হাসি , এতো আশা - তা এই সুন্দর পরিবেশ এ না এলে বুঝতেই পারতাম না। এ এক মুক্ত পরিবেশ। এখানে আসা মানুষগুলো সবাই মুক্ত, সবাই স্বাধীন। এখানে কারো চোখে কোনো ভয় নেই, নেই উদ্বেগ-উৎকন্ঠা। নেই কপালে দুঃশ্চিন্তার কুঁচকানো ভাঁজ। এখানে তারা শুধুই হাসে। তাদের প্রাণোচ্ছল হাসির ঢেউ আমার তৃষ্ণার্ত মনের শুষ্ক বেলা ভূমিকেও ভিজিয়ে দিয়ে যায়। এক জান্নাতি প্রশান্তি অনুভব করি আমি। তাদের প্রশান্তির হাসি আমি চেয়ে চেয়ে দেখি। কতো মুক্ত তারা , কতো স্বাধীন তারা। আমার আফসোস হয় , যদি আমিও তাদের মতো এমনি করে হাসতে পারতাম। এমনি করে তাদের মতো জীবনকে অনুভব করতে পারতাম। পারতাম প্রতিটি মুহূর্ত বাঁচার মতো বাঁচতে! কিন্তু জানি , সে চাওয়াটা এখন আর সম্ভব নয়। সময় যে অনেকটা গড়িয়েছে। তারুণ্যের প্রাণোচ্ছল সময়গুলো গেছে অকাজে, অরণ্যে রোদন ...
