  আল্লাহ আমাদের সৃষ্টিকর্তা। তিনি জানেন যে কোন জিনিশটি আমাদের জন্য উপকারী আর কোন জিনিশটি অপকারী। আমাদের মহান রব সকল উপকারী বস্তুকে করেছেন হালাল, আর সব অপকারী বস্তুকে করেছেন হারাম। আমাদের চারপাশে এই দুনিয়ায় যেসব বস্তু আছে, তার মধ্যে উপকারী জিনিশের সংখ্যাই বেশি। তাই হালালের সংখ্যাও বেশি। অন্যদিকে অপকারী হারাম বস্তুর সংখ্যা কম। আল্লাহ তা’আলা যেসব বস্তু হারাম করেছেন তার মধ্যে অন্যতম হলো বাদ্যযন্ত্র ও সঙ্গীত (গান)। এই বিষয়ে আমাদের রব পবিত্র কোরআনে বলেছেন, وَمِنْ النَّاسِ مَنْ يَشْتَرِي لَهْوَ الْحَدِيثِ لِيُضِلَّ عَنْ سَبِيلِ اللهِ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ وَيَتَّخِذَهَا هُزُوًا أُولَئِكَ لَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُهِيْنٌ - “ এক শ্রেণীর লোক আছে যারা মানুষকে আল্লাহর পথ থেকে ভ্রান্ত করার উদ্দেশ্যে অন্ধভাবে গান-বাজনা ও বাদ্যযন্ত্র সংগ্রহ করে এবং তা নিয়ে ঠাট্টা বিদ্রূপ করে এদের জন্য রয়েছে অবমাননাকর শাস্তি ”। ( সূরা লুক্বমান ; আয়াত: ৬ ) রাসুল (সাঃ) ও এই বিষয়ে আমাদের বলেছেন,   عَنْ أَبِيْ مَالِكِ الأَشْعَرِىِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُوْلُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَيَكُو...

আমাদের জীবনকে যদি গভীর ভাবে বুঝার চেষ্টা করি, তবে দেখতে পারবো জীবন কিছু ঘন্টা, মিনিট ও সেকেন্ডের সমষ্টি। আমরা যে বেঁচে আছি, নিশ্বাস নিচ্ছি তাও সময়ের মধ্যেই। যখন আমাদের কারো সময় ফুরিয়ে যায়, তখনই তাকে এই পৃথিবী থেকে বিদায় নিতে হয়। তাহলে এক কথায় বলা যায় সময়ই আমাদের হায়াত। এখন এই হায়াতকে আমরা কোন কাজে খরচ করেছি এর জবাব আমদের অবশ্যই কেয়ামতের দিন দিতে হবে। এই তো গেলো পরকালের কথা, এবার ইহকালে ফিরে আসি। দুনিয়াবী জীবনে সেই তত বেশি সফল যে তার সময়কে সুন্দর করে সিস্টেম্যাটিকলি ব্যাবহার করতে পেরেছে। তাই দুনিয়ার জীবনে সফল হতে হলেও সময় এর সুষ্ঠু ব্যাবহার করুন। নিজের দৈনন্দিন জীবনের কাজের একটা রুটিন করে নিন। এরপর সেই অনুপাতে কাজ চালিয়ে যান। যখন যেই কাজটা করবেন, মনোযোগ শুধু সেই দিকেই নিবদ্ধ রখবে। অনেক হয়েছে সময় নামক মূল্যবান বস্তুর অপচয়। সেই সময়গুলোকে তো আর ফিরিয়ে আনতে পারবেন না। জীবনের বাকি যেটুকু সময় হাতে আছে, চেষ্টা করুন সেটুকু সময়কেও কাজে লাগানোর। ইনশাল্লাহ, আপনার দুনিয়া ও আখিরাত দুটোই সুন্দর হবে।
